Emma’s Dream – A 360° Approach to Student Talent
Emma’s Dream helps neurodivergent students uncover their natural talents through humor, creativity, and self-expression.
It provides workshops for students, parents, and teachers a complete view of each child’s strengths—so every gift is seen, celebrated, and nurtured.
For Students – Explore & Shine
Over 7 weeks, kids safely explore different areas of interest in a playful and creative environment. The program encourages curiosity, confidence, and self-expression, helping students discover hidden talents while having fun. By the end, each child leaves with a stronger sense of identity and pride in their unique abilities.
For Parents – See & Celebrate
Parents receive insights on how to actually see their child’s natural strengths, interests, and learning style. Emma’s Dream provides guidance on how to support growth at home, celebrate achievements, and nurture each child’s gifts—helping families connect to their child’s true potential.
For Teachers – Understand & Support
Teachers gain a deeper understanding of neurodiverse learning styles and student strengths. The program provides observations and strategies to help teachers align classroom support with each child’s talents, fostering an inclusive and empowering learning environment.
What is it solving?
Emma’s Dream workshop is a tool of Social Emotional Learning that helps kids understand their emotions, identify their talents and what they need to achieve their dreams no matter the circumstances.
Emma is a safe space for kids to express themselves to develop essential social-emotional skills.
Through play and storytelling; we help children gain confidence in their ambitions at an early age.
Students who were able to identify their strengths and interests were more likely to have higher GPAs and be more engaged in school.
What people are saying
We had Ana Karina visiting our school and introducing her inspiring story ‘Emma’s Dream’. Children in year 3 were able to empathize with the character (which can be very tricky to teach explicitly) and this was evident in the children’s emotions - some got teary! It was a very touching story that provided children the message of persevering in life and that anything is possible to achieve once you put your mind to it!
The children loved Ana’s expression whilst reading the story and it was powerful to see how her story sent out a strong message of following your dreams!
The children were excited when they met Anna, so engaged and motivated - and they are looking forward to buying a copy and sharing it at home with their families!
We will definitely be adding Emma’s Dream to our key texts for our Spanish Curriculum!

“Ana combines a wacky sense of humor with imaginative storylines to create fun-loving stories. It was enjoyable to listen to her read her stories aloud, but it was even better to see the reactions of the kids, all deeply engaged and fascinated. She really captured their imagination.”
